QuikRead Go Instrument Description

QuikRead go Instrument is an easy to use in-vitro diagnostic test system. It has been designed to measure various analytes including HbA1C, Easy CRP, Strep A, iFOBT, WrCRP from patient samples capable for producing Qualitative and Quantitative results and calibrated for both photometric and turbidimetric method. The QuikRead go Instrument can be connected to a remote Laboratory and Hospital Information System (LIS/HIS).

HbA1c

QuikRead go HbA1c is an in vitro diagnostic test for quantitative measurement of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) from a finger prick capillary blood or anticoagulated (EDTA or Heparin), venous whole blood sample. The test can be used in monitoring the long-term blood glucose control in individual with diabetes mellitus, as an aid in diagnosis of diabetes and in identifying patients at risk of developing diabetes mellitus.

Easy CRP

The QuikRead Go easy CRP test is an immunoturbidimetric assay for quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) value in whole blood. Serum and plasma. CRP is an acute-phase protein present in law concentration in the blood of healthy individuals. Measurements of CRP aids in the detection and evaluation of infection, tissue injury and inflame inflammatory disorders. It provides information for the diagnosis, therapy and monitoring of inflammatory disorders.

Strep A

QuikRead go Strep A is a qualitative test for the detection of Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep A) in throat samples, when Strep A pharyngitis (tonsillitis) is suspected. The test is carried out using the QuikRead go instrument. For in vitro diagnostic use only.

iFOBT

QuikRead go iFOBT is a test for the detection and quantification of hemoglobin originating from occult blood in human faeces in cases of excess bleeding from the lower gastrointestinal tract seen e.g. in ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, polyps, adenomas and colorectal cancer (CRC). The test can be used in routine physical examinations and in screening programmes for CRC.

WrCRP

The QuikRead Go WrCRP test is an immunoturbidimetric assay for quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) value in whole blood. Serum and plasma. Infections tissue injuries and inflammatory disorders may be accompanied by a non-specific elevation of the CRP level in the patient’s blood. The rise in CRP levels is repaid in increased level can be detected within 6-12 hours of the onset of the inflammatory process.
